The McLaren F1 is a sight to behold; with only 106 of the cars ever being produced, it is one of the most sought after and rarest cars in the world. A McLaren F1 LM, the race tuned purpose built street car conversion of the F1, however, is a unicorn in the car community say the very least. This legendary race car was first released in 1995 as an homage to the Le Mans winning F1s, and came in several classic McLaren colors, including the iconic papaya orange pictured above. The 671 horsepower and meager 2,300 pounds give the F1 LM one of the best power to weight ratios in history, allowing the driver to reach 60 miles per hour in just 3.9 seconds with wheelspin. Today, all 5 McLaren F1s remain, and has recently sold for a staggering 20 million dollars: a worthy price tag for an outrageous car.
